Superintendent

Interstate Roofing is looking for an individual that desires a long term management position within a financially stable, fun-loving, high quality, mid-large sized re-roof company. A successful individual would work well independently as well as in groups, and would embrace our company goals of Safety, Customer Service and Quality.

General Responsibilities:
Customer contact
Documentation
Oversee projects to ensure safety, customer service and quality
Perform miscellaneous repairs

Essential Duties and Requirements:
Lift 55 pounds
Able to transport, set up and use ladders for roof access
Standing, walking, sitting or kneeling on sloped surfaces for extended periods of time
Superior knowledge of composition roofing installation
Minimum of 5 years experience as a steep slope roofing foreman or superintendent
Provide assistance and training to crews
Demonstrative leadership skills (leads by example). Positive attitude. Good work ethic.
Provide great customer service to home and building owners
Superior oral and written communication skills

Additional Desired Skills:
Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English)
