Estimator - Fremont, CA

Our Fremont, CA location is currently accepting resumes for a Roofing Estimator.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing bids
Performing Take-Offs
Interpreting plans
Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected
Other duties as assigned


Qualified applicants will have:

Minimum 5 years estimating experience preferably in roofing or equivalent years of education; or combination of work experience and education
Must be able to read, interpret and accurately take-off construction drawings and specifications
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate a variety of office equipment
Valid CA Drivers License
