Four Seasons Roofing is growing! We are looking for a few outside sales reps that are motivated, dependable, and eager to earn what they are worth. We are looking for a rep to work in/around the Nashville area.

The Position:
This position is for a roofing sales rep. This is an easy sell and can be very lucrative for the right go-getter. We provide all necessary materials and handle everything else after the initial contact is made.

Why this is an Easy Sell:
We specialize in insurance claims for homeowners and businesses with damaged roofs. In other words, getting a new roof doesn't cost the business or homeowner anything. Their insurance covers the roof replacement and makes the check out to our company for the costs involved. By law, a claim for a new roof do to weather damage cannot raise an owners insurance premiums. The owner is responsible for the deductible (usually between $250-$1000).

Your Earning Potential:
This is a straight commission/1099 Independent Contractor position. However, we are willing to offer an initial "draw" to cover gas expenses for a go-getter that shows potential. You will earn an average of $500/roof replaced. We are approaching our busy season shortly, and replacing 4-5 roofs per week per sales rep is easily attainable. That's $2000-$2500 per week in your pocket, just for talking to a few homeowners. A motivated individual can realistically turn this into a six figure income.

Requirements:
You will need reliable transportation, a professional "clean-cut" look and demeanor, the ability to speak comfortably with strangers, and the motivation to earn what you're worth. We will train you on how to prospect damaged roofs and provide you with everything you need to close the sale. We are looking for dependable, motivated, responsible reps who like to work for themselves and make what they are worth.
