Commercial Roofing Estimator/Project Manager

RAMCON Roofing is a leading full-service commercial roofing contractor headquartered in Tampa, FL. We are searching for a top performing Estimator/Project manager for immediate open positions in our growing company.

Summary:
Estimates, manages, coordinates, and supervises construction processes from the conceptual development stage through final construction. Coordinates planning, scheduling, bid solicitation and review, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Understanding and interpreting architectural plans and project specifications. Accurately estimate and construct proposals.
- Sell and manage commercial work within the state of FL.
- Familiar with Miami-Dade NOA's and Florida Product Approvals
- Keep records of project documents and correspondence and represent Ramcon at meetings and functions.
- Oversees and reviews completion of all contracting work.
- Reviews and approves all invoices.
- Ensures that all necessary permits and approvals are received and required inspections are scheduled and completed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Commercial roofing knowledge and estimating experience is highly recommended.
- Ability to read architectural plans and specifications, construct proposals, meet with clients, and negotiate contracts.
- Experience in sales.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel. Familiarity with The EDGE Estimating Software is a plus.
- This position may require field investigation of roofing projects.
- Candidate must have a valid driver's license, be capable of setting up and climbing ladders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
