Lindohlm Roofing has Regional Sales Rep./Estimator positions for a few special individuals in the Chicagoland area.

• You are hands-on and love the independence of being out of the office. This position involves estimating residential and commercial roofing projects and closing sales. You are your own boss for the majority of the day and loving it!
• You have lots of knowledge in construction, residential repairs or installation, or in-home sales. And you are good with dimensions, details and basic math. Good, because these are a requirement for the position.
• You are a likeable people-person who is confident and persuasive, loves to share information, listens well, and loves to find ways to help customers. Lindholm believes in respectful and considerate customer interactions, and knows that providing authenticity, caring and patience with customers is the best way to do business.
• You are turned-off by fast-talking, hard sell techniques. At Lindholm we know that great service, quality and workmanship are easy to sell.

• Additional job requirements include good character, a valid driver’s license and good driving record, strong knowledge of the metro Chicago area, must pass criminal records check and drug test, a reliable and newer vehicle for sales calls that can carry a ladder (preferably a small truck, SUV or van), good verbal and English language skills, self-discipline, a polished and professional demeanor, good presentation skills, able to lift and carry 50 lbs., climb up and down ladders, carry ladders, walk on roofs to inspect and obtain estimates, maintain balance when on roofs, and comfortable accessing and inspecting attics.
